Catering to millions of farmers across India, the division delivers specialized high-yield seeds for staple grains and everyday vegetables, from hot peppers and okra to watermelons and tomatoes.
The seed packaging needs to reflect premium crop genetics and secure protection against counterfiet seeds. The existing design appeared generic and failed to convey Mahindra's modern, technology-enabled farming solutions. The system had to accommodate a wide variety of crops while retaining brand integrity.
We designed a cohesive packaging ecosystem centered on agricultural patterns and tech-inspired grid layouts. High-impact crop photography acts as the focal point, framed by clean white lines and state-of-the-art security labels. Different seed families are color-coded to allow fast, intuitive crop and weight identification in merchant shops.
